		<description>I don&#039;t think it&#039;s helpful to think of Yahoo! as competing against Google anymore.  Google has won the search and search advertising space.  Yahoo! needs to focus on other things it can do better than Google and sell off divisions that aren&#039;t core to that future vision.</description>
