Carl Icahn along with two new directors will be a part of the first meeting of Yahoo’s new board reported to be scheduled for Monday. Although chances are that Icahn will resort to his more traditional method of being a part via phone, but it definitely has all ears attached to it, waiting as to what development takes place.

The new board including John Chapple and Frank Biondi; both of whom joined as part of an agreement that had Icahn pull off his war against Yahoo’s board in a bid too validate Yahoo being acquired by Microsoft. The meeting might very well focus on the current issues related to Yahoo’s failing stock shares and the problems associated to the Google deal.

Let’s just wait and see how it turns out to be, we must remember that shareholders have been put down miserably by the Yahoo think tank. There are chances that Icahn would dig out past issues and remind Yahoo of the mistakes it has made.
