When the news of major reorganization made waves at Yahoo, its head of news and information division, Neeraj Khemlani boarded Hearst Corp. He will be joining the magazine and newspaper publisher as its VP and will report directly to Frank Bennack Jr. CEO, Hearst. Carol Bartz had talked about the restructuring last week with changes to be announced by coming Wednesday. I guess Bartz has been up and running ahead to improve things at Yahoo but I am quite surprised why Khemlani would leave as he has been the likely candidate to head up one of Yahoo’s main divisions.
