After almost a year of wait and testing and God knows what, Yahoo will finally be launching its new homepage and for the time being it will only be available to its users in the U.S. Quite a wait, but it will soon be available to all Yahoo users soon. The page has been spotted on and off, but it was only available for a lucky few. The redesign makes it easier for users to customize the entire homepage by placing widgets and apps from both Yahoo and third party developers. However I personally like the neatness; the removal of self promoting links that drove me nuts. I bet the redesign will make Yahoo-ing a better experience for each of its user.
