Yahoo! has officially released Del.icio.us plug-in for Internet Explorer. The news might sounds odd as Joshua Schachter, founder of del.icio.us is also leaving Yahoo! without any exit strategy. News of some prominent departures are heating up and its execs news has more massive attention. But we cannot deny the fact that there are still thousands of people who are mainly interested in Yahoo! because of its technology, services and features.
So, the news is meant for all those who used or enjoying using IE with Delicious. Yahoo! released its plug-in’s beta version back in May that allows easy use of del.icio.us- a site that facilitates bookmarking (with tags and descriptions) to share with everyone.
According to an official blog of delicious, the extension has got few more extra features(with some common Firefox’s features). The Yahoo! delicious plug-in will be compatible with IE 6 and IE 7 and would also work with IE 8 beta.
