Yahoo has finally unveiled details about its altercation controversial search advertising partnership agreement with Google. The polemic deal that was one of the most discussed topic during the past few days is now available for everyone after undergoing major editing.

According to the agreement, Yahoo will continue its search results and will also serve Google advertisements. Microsoft claims that the deal is noncompetitive as it would be able to tie a knot between two Internet Search Advertising Giants. While Yahoo has entirely different intention about its open-ended deal. It says that the deal is not noncompetitive because it has not agreed upon the display of a specific number of  Google ads and has not involved in any kind of deal for the favourable replacement of ads on its search results pages.

US department of Justice is also giving the Yahoo- Google advertising partnership a formal review for the conformity of any antirust violations. While number of other attorneys are also jumping into the Investigation wagon to suspect any antitrust issues, though they are not eligible to sanctify or forbid the deal such as Connecticut, Florida and Arkansas.

The deal that has been considered ‘illegal’ and ‘unfair’ by Microsoft has been rumouring since last two months when the Search Giants, Yahoo and Google strikes out Software Giant MS. The deal badly wounded Microsoft and  Yahoo, in return, had gained harsh criticism. Icahn’s  protest against the Search engine shows that MS dead deal had also shaken up the Yahoo’s shareholders building. Though his sudden democratically changed view reveals that Yahoo-Google deal has got some merit. Microsoft have had tried a lot to jump into the partnership wagon but it faces a harsh slap when the Yahoo- Google Partnership Agreement got reviewed by US Justice Department for its antitrust issues.
