I guess Yahoo is far too worried about its earning reports falling way below expectations. Why? Well it has already warned of more layoffs and only recently it pulled the plug off Jumpcut. Yahoo had acquired the online video editing service back in 2006, stopping any additional video uploads to it last year. The death has come slow to the pretty useful service as Yahoo told its users that they can download the movies they have created with a software utility that will be provided to them by Yahoo. Jumpcut will be taken off on June 15, 2009.
