XConnect, one if the leaders in network peering trusted by more than a hundred IP based providers named Richard Shockey, a prominent industry expert to its advisory board. Shockey is the founder and has been co-chair of the Internet Engineering Task Force, IETF since 2002, along with a few other notable positions he currently holds. He is a pioneer of VoIP and will add more value to XConnect team with his years of experience and knowledge about the work.
