Though WordPress is a cool blogging platform, yet there are situations when you get in trouble and need some kind of assistance. Now the team is going to work 24-7.

Earlier, the team expanded their timings and started giving support from 9 AM to 4 PM PDT. Shortly after that they started 24 hours support five days a week, which was better but still not good enough according to their blog.
