After making quite a launch, Wolfram Alpha is most probably having the word monetize in the back of their minds. No that is by no means a sin, rather something pretty obvious that is supposed to happen as Wolfram Alpha matures. Presently it appears the search engine has already sold its first ad to Lenovo as it appeared in the search results. The ad is text based but changes to a display one as a users rolls the pointer upon it. The search engine has stated that the site is ready to accept sponsored ads, meaning that there are going to be more of those in due time.
