Citi Technology Services a subsidiary of Citigroup India has been acquired by Wipro for $127 million cash payment. The acquisition will bring Wipro, India’s third largest outsourcer around $500 million in revenue over a contract that stretches to six years. The deal deal is said to close by March next year.
