Windows Live Writer 2009 has got itself an upgraded version. The new release includes a variety of features that include search as you type functionality, pretty useful if you have a countless drafts. Along with that, users can search through posts that have been published as well, eliminating the need for conventional search (through folders). Other features include, inserting multiple images in one go to your post or transfer them to the Live Photo Gallery. I however found the Tag Suggestion feature more useful, as it puts out recommended tags as you enter keywords.

The features are very useful but I wish Microsoft may introduce the auto correct feature for spellings. I would really love to have it as it would save a lot of time by removing the need to correct typos.
