But there are certain limitation that makes it really fussy and confusing. If you want to use Vista Gadget than install MS LifeCam and proceed by logging in through Admin. It also requires 32-bit version of the Windows Sidebar and does not support certain versions of MS LifeCam. While sizable number of available desktops and notebooks comes with a built-in webcam nowadays and therefore no one would prefer to buy a new LifeCam when they already have one.

Overall, it’s a nice service and will be a boon to Vista and MS addicted users. Though they can gain more popularity by enabling it for Windows Live Messenger also. This can certainly act as a catalyst to foster the needs of a real Chat Client such as Skype.
