Wiggio has come out of its beta, all new and loaded with features to help college students with (reminds me of Yammer). It provides plenty, enabling students to create private groups, integration of streaming messages (like Twitter), calendars, text and voice messaging, sharing etc. The service is already a hit with its userbase close to fifty thousand and college students are definitely finding it more than just an online assistant to help them with academics, extra-curricular, etc.
I love the idea of Wiggio, but I wonder if it can convince enough people to use it, and take time away from something like Twitter to do so. I hope it does! Thanks for the heads up.

You are welcome David.. I guess there is always room for another service. Twitter will definitely remain in the lead but then a service focused to assist Students would do great in that category. What do you think?
