Why is it that everything with a ville is always a hit at Facebook? Fishville, Petville and how can you forget the ever popular Farmville? Behind all those, the only name gaining massive popularity is the creator, Zynga. The trend hadn’t ended at Farmville, and Zynga decided it was time it made another one for the Wild West lovers; Frontierville and released the same on June 9. News doesn’t end there, the game has already amassed over 5 million users. I feel like laughing and puking over this at the same time, why would so many people fall prey to this?
Honestly its an unbelievably massive jump in user base, it’s just 15 days since the release and it has already hit that number. There has to be some sort of addiction, some unspoken pleasure its users get wasting time on the social game, I remember I tried my hands at Mafia Wars and felt sick, so much so that I never really wanted to even try Farmville. Firstly whatever I have read on it is stupid, people, I mean you create homesteads, hire friends or worse still, scare a bear. Everything that has anything to do with senselessness is present in it.
Whatever the level of my hate for the game, I salute Zynga for being so successful with its chains of releases. You really need to be smart to get so much out of stupidity, or need an equally lot of people who have nothing to do in the world except for playing these games, no offense folks, it’s just my humble opinion [maybe I am a jerk who can’t see the benefits of these games].
I agree with this comment. A lot of people fell into this stupid game.
