Hard Disk crash is usually a nightmare, it comes with a lot of problems like data loses, and could even cripple an organization or a company if you don’t have proper backup systems in place.
Business 2.0 magazine lost their entire data for June 2007 edition and almost missed out publishing in June due to hard disk crash. However, there are people who thought of making some fun of this situation and have played domino with 1500 hard disks by crashing them at the same time.
The house is also worth seeing, I like how the backdoor opens to a pond.

I too love the sound. I thought it would never end. How did they get all of them up without at least starting the chain once before it was finished.
This was photoshopped. I only counted 800 unique drives reused over and over. Sheesh. Please verify this crap before publishing.
He clearly doesn’t have 1500 HDD’s, the shot changes numerous times throughout, plus the time of day and shadows on the ground keep changing. I’d say he has about 250 HDD’s and just did 6 separate setups and linked them together in the video
Why not donate them to developing countries?

Assuming those were all at least 20GB (very likely) then that was… 30TB of hard drive space put in to dominoes!
