According to Reuters, the UK government is looking forward to introduce a movie like rating system to the websites with the collaboration of the upcoming U.S. government. The system will help in monitoring the internet in a better way and also protect the youth from reaching harmful and offensive material. According to UK’s minister of culture Andy Burnham:

This is not a campaign against free speech, far from it; it is simply there is a wider public interest at stake when it involves harm to other people. We have got to get better at defining where the public interest lies and being clear about it.
