Watch the Olympics for Free or Broadcast Quality HD TV through Veetle

Imran Hussain

CropperCapture[4]  Tired of fighting over that TV remote with our siblings? Or want to see better and high quality videos than what’s available on Youtube? Then Veetle is your answer! Veetle provides high quality broadcasts in TV and HD quality for free, which is available at just the install of a plug in.

Veetle is a Silicon Valley startup with the aim of providing high quality broadcasts to people, along with allowing you to broadcast your own content in high quality as well. Although the quality of the broadcast depends on the content. Live channels can be watched using Veetle, all it requires is the install of a simple plug in, that works on Firefox, IE and Safari. And on top of this, it runs on Windows, Macs AND Linux. It runs in the browser which makes it very simple to use.

While watching the broadcast, you can also chat with other people, making it an interactive experience, although we don’t think most people want to talk to others when watching HD broadcasts. And, as expected, you better have a broadband connection to enjoy Veetle. At the time of review, there were 19 channels on air, along with more than 50, 000 viewers. The channels included the likes of NBA TV, Fox  Sports Channel, Golf TV, Action Sports, Random WoW Raids ( for all you WoW fans ), Channel Oscar ( which broadcasts some great Oscar winning movies), as well as Olympics Coverage starting soon through NBC live.

If you have a good enough broadband connection, then this website should be a part of your bookmarks, as we expect it to grow better and better with time and more channels.
