If you want to watch streaming videos, you can go to a number of sites, but this can be a hectic process. To make your life easier StreamDesk provides you an opportunity to view all the streaming videos in a small window. It is actually a cross-platform desktop application. Currently there are 100 different live streaming video shows available from various providers. If you like a certain show, you can bookmark it to your favorites list. If you want a show to be included, you can send the suggestion to the team but you cannot add your own shows through URL. You can also check out the integrated live chat on videos coming from UStream.
The application is available for Windows and Mac only. If you are a Windows user, you need Flash 10 and .Net Framework 3.5 as a pre requisite and if you are a Mac user, you need Flash 10 and OS X 10.5 (Leopard) running already.
