moblf, a San Francisco based company, has launched a new service which lets you interact with the web using SMS.
The best thing about this service is that it incorporates with published APIs of web services like Twitter and FriendFeed. You can see what your friends are up to through updates on mobile phones which means that you can access this service from anywhere at anytime.
Currently their beta version lets you see 5 recent updates from websites like Twitter, FriendFeed etc. Soon they will let you reply your friend’s activities through SMS which will appear as a comment on those sites.
Registration is a bit complex process. You have to go through a long process of 15 steps which is a little hectic.
The concept of interaction with the sites using cell phone has always been fascinating. This service is not new but the idea to incorpoate it with cell phone is innovative (though the registration process can further be simplified). This idea might prove to be a huge success if it is implemented the way it is said. Only time would tell which services moblf would offer when they start their complete services.

That’s a pretty nice service. Should get a good response.
Glad to see new companies are heading to take on biggies in technology journalism space. Keep up the good work!
Is there a way people can contribute to this blog?
