Voxbone, a leading VOIP transport provider on your local telephone numbers, has announced a partnership with Pinger, which offers instant voice messaging service for mobile phones. Voxbone will play a key role in expanding the Pinger voice messaging service outside of the U.S. as a result of this partnership.
As a result of this deal Pinger’s service will now be available in more than 20 countries. Pinger’s service allows users to send instant voice messages by dialing a local number. Once the number is dialed all the user has to do is speak the name of the person for whom that message is intended and than speak the message. The recipient of the message immediately gets notified about the new message via an SMS on the mobile. They can than call their local number, hear the voice message and reply by just clicking a button. The service is totally free to use and can be accessed on any mobile device.
Pinger CTO and VP of Engineering Jocelyn Cloutier said on the occasion:
Voxbone was able to procure the international DID numbers we needed to expand our service globally. The company stood out not only because it supports numbers in a wide range of countries, but it was also flexible enough to customize its service to work with our IVR platform.
Voxbone has leased International DID numbers and toll free numbers via VOIP to organizations in North and South America, Europe and Asia/Pacific. The company delivers high-quality call origination and has established a global infrastructure that enables it to provide customers to expand quickly to International markets.
Sebastien d’ Ursel, Voxbone sales and marketing director said:
We are in a unique position to help companies like Pinger achieve their expansion goals. Through our on-demand DID number services and real-time platform, service providers can now offer a cost effective, seamless, reliable, ubiquitous and easy-to-use solution for their end users.
