A new desktop UI, Vocito (voe-kee-toe), has been released by Google for Google Mac users. You can use Vocito to dial quickly from your desktop. It is completely AppleScriptable and is integrated to Address Book, QuickSilver and Automator. It also supports the tell URLs. As GrandCentral is in the beta stage right now, there aren’t any more invites available. If you don’t have the invitation, you can reserve your number and wait for your turn. You can download Vocito here. It is open source and will work on Tiger and Leopard and is PowerPC and Intel native.
