After enabling users to perform various tasks on their cell phones, Vlingo has taken a step forward and brought the same to Facebook and Twitter. With this update, users will be able to update their status on the two services using voice. Easy and fast, just say ‘Twitter/Facebook status is’ and fill in the status (in a blank).

Given the mass migration of users from desktop to the cell phones and the large number of people addicted to Facebook and Twitter, the idea definitely appears to make it big. So add another voice command to the list and avoid punching keys for updating your status.
