Reports are rolling in that Twitter is heading on to raise as much as $20 million in its Series D round of funding. The round will be led by I.V Partners, along with returning partners, Spark Capital and Union Square Ventures. Twitter had only recently gone past Digg and had also raised an undisclosed amount in its last round of financing.
