Twitter continues to be the center of attention as media intelligence firm, VMS estimated that if Twitter would have been paying for its coverage, it would have cost it $55 Million for a month. That’s higher than the total funding it has received since its launch in 2006. Others also state that Twitter has received free coverage that grosses to around $48 Million with a total of more than 2.7 billion impressions. What ever way you put it, Twitter continues its growth as a dominant online entity, the financial potential of which remain untapped still.
