iTunes added U.S. TV shows from networks: Fox8, Arena and Movie Extra, Screen Gems and a Sony Pictures Television network as well. You can now tune into your favorite shows from these networks – shows like Family Guy, X-Files, Mad Men, Bewitched, Starsky and Hutch and more. I guess licensing issues were negotiated and now you can have the delight of TV shows on iTunes.
