Apple’s App Store has seen various applications coming in and going out since the release of the latest iPhone. Similarly some developers have succeeded in generating a lot of revenue while others couldn’t do anything other than rubbing their hands. In the App Store, a game called ‘Trism’ has generated $250,000 in two months. The game which was developed by Steve Demeter, costs only $5. The game is very simple but the thing which made it so popular is the innovation used in it.
If the game continue to sell at the current pace, the lone developer of the application will get something around $1.5 million which is not bad at all. This game shows that if you have a little creativity, you can make a simple thing look awesome and get paid for it. App Store is certainly a place for innovators. Here is the demo of the game:
