BitTorrents have been a popular source of file sharing since as long as I can remember, and traffic of recent has been on the rise. Though TorrentAds is one service founded with the aim of being a torrent tracker cum an ad network for BitTorrent websites. For publishers TorrentAds promises some of the highest CPMs in the industry, whereas for advertisers it offers a serving and reporting technology through a partnership with Zedo. Don’t know whether this kind of service could kick-off or not with sites like Pirate Bay relying on different engines (Ventiv Media) for their marketing. Seems like a risk worth taking, as looking at the P2P world, one can only deduce the rewards lying ahead.
