If you are one of those using Twitter apps on the iPhone and miss adding a map to your message then hustle up for GeoTweeter. The free app (here)for the iPhone comes from social mapping service Schmap and enables users to do exactly what you were missing. I simply sends out your position on a map towards the end of your message and takes 23 characters for that. Means that you have a mere 117 characters to speak volumes, they might just be enough, are they not?

image thumb126 Adobe to cloud phones with Flash.. still not for iPhone

Adobe has announced that it will be making the full version of its Flash Player available for all devices by 2010. The support will come in for a variety of handsets; Nokia S60 mobiles, Android based phones and Windows Mobile. However once again it sidelined the iPhone or maybe Apple still has some issues to resolve with Adobe. Once that does happen, I bet developers will have another platform to cash in their creativity.

image thumb42 iPhone app, Doodle Kids comes from a 9 year old kid

I am so ashamed of myself. I had least possible idea on how to use my dad’s phone when I was 9 (to be true, I barely knew how to turn it on/off) and this kid aged 9 has developed an iPhone app!  Lim Ding Wen from Singapore created Doodle Kids, a painting application for the iPhone and it has been downloaded 4,000 times in a fortnight. The app lets you draw with your fingers and had been designed by the kid for his sisters aged 3 and 5. This isn’t the last app he has designed as he is already working on a sci-fi one titled Invader Wars. How did he do that? Lim knows 6 programming languages already and loves reading books on them. I guess I will be reporting many more apps by this young developer in times to come.

When it comes to Apple there are always loads of rumors and they increase when it comes to the iPhone. We have been hearing about the coming of the new iPhone for quote sometime although Apple is lip-stitched about the matter. Now that adds weight to the rumors and gives them a face of reality. So what exactly is this new iPhone going to offer? Video Conferencing?
