topicr logo thumb Topicr launched; send LARGER attachments Sending/receiving large attachments over email has been a major concern within the traditional templates of email services. Topicr has been launched in a bid to resolve this issue; enabling users to transfer their attachments.

Traditional email has remained the major source or correspondence for decades now; providing easy cataloguing, search and usability from anywhere you are. But despite all the pros, the service has failed to capitalize at improving services in online communication. The limits set by them have set have enabled services like YouSendIt, Pando to gain fathoms on the business by simply on the idea that people should have the opportunity and mean to transfer large files over the Web in an efficient and quick manner.

The reason for the boom in their business lies simply on accumulating the countless users by improvising on the limits that contemporary email services have and the result is they make it huge. And Topicr does exactly what is required. If only it could be extended within the existing email services (that of our choice), things would change rather drastically (it is a stand alone service at present).

That doesn’t mean you have to worry about where the replies to your mails end up. Your friends and family can respond just as they would for a mail from any service and if interested they too can respond with easy access attachments.

The service doesn’t limit a user to only sending pictures, videos or music. One can send a combination of various mediums (slide shows with music, etc), so it saves your time that would otherwise be wasted in producing all this separately.

A pretty useful tool for the email communication, there are various options waiting to be exploited. I look forward to it going ahead only if it keeps up with the promises it makes and somehow merge itself into existing services.
