If you’re an avid user of Web services like Google Calendar, Twitter or Jott, Toodledo is just the right one for you. Basically, Toodledo is a task organizer, with features letting you to plug into your task list from virtually any place, including mobile phones, and start pages: Netvibes and MyYahoo, Twitter, etc. You can even access it through OS X’s Dashboard and Vista’s Sidebar.
The interface is very much user-friendly and pretty familiar I’d say. You can go about the service’s features and functions with quite a bit of ease. Cool features like Speech-to-text service Jott let you voice in and leave a do-to item. Although it’s a bit heavy on the pocket as it takes a bit of time.
Another feature is the Firefox extension, which lets you work with your to-do list (create and manage items) without having to use another app. It also includes a contextual menu shortcut which allows you to highlight anything in particular, say a pair of shoes your friend emailed you about. Just right click the words and send it to your to-buy list.
The iPhone Web app is worth mention here, as it made waves in the market for being one of the first-to-do lists to get optimization for Safari mobile. It’s great, as you can enter items to your list even while you’re away from a data connection; whilst you have the entire page loaded.
Toodledo has a bunch of other features that could stir up your interest; you can access this page and take a look at what’s included.
