Famous game developer THQ has shut down 5 of its studios. Now the company is left with only 11 studios. The studios which were closed include Paradigm, Helixe, Locomotive, Sandblast Games and Mass Media. Other than this 30 to 40 jobs have been cut in Volition, based in Illinois. There is still no official word on the lay offs.
