Finally the wait is over and much of the rumors have been proven true about the new iPhone. I wouldn’t classify news about the new iPhone having video recording abilities or having a higher storage to be a rumor, for it was needed and had to happen. Coming back to the new one, the device will be available in the US markets from June 19 and worldwide on July 7, most probably. The price hasn’t dropped, however they have doubled the storage, meaning that a 16GB iPhone would cost $199 and a 32GB one will be priced at $299. Apple claims that the new iPhone, called the iPhone 3GS will enable all apps to run at twice the speed they currently do, which justifies the name (the S is for speed) we thought of to be quite weird and it still does. iPhone 3GS also boasts a 3 megapixel camera with auto-focus and would greatly improve the results from those of its predecessor. The device is worth all anticipation, although it would have been better had Apple slightly pulled the price down.
