Talend has pocketed $12 million in Series C for its Open source data integration software. The financing came in from AGF Private Equity (also involved in earlier rounds) and Balderton Capital as Bernard Liautaud from BC, will take seat in its Board of Directors. Talend has been pretty successful with over 3.3 million downloads and more than 400 paying customers. Talend’s CEO stated in a press release:

The ability to raise a new round of financing during the current economic environment reinforces our general belief that Talend is poised to maximize its potential.
