There is a lot of bolstering going within Facebook as the social network continues to hire execs from other firms. The most recent is David Recordon of Six Apart who made it in to the Facebook’s Engineering team. He will be taking charge as a senior open programs manager and will be responsible for furthering the open standards in Facebook. The move is quite right, given that Facebook is ever expanding and that it provides Recordon the right platform to excel further with the Open standards.
