Oh here is Reddit in the news, I had almost forgotten about the service! How unthankful of me, to forget the site that sent quite some traffic here. However the service is testing a new system; sponsored links, which means that anyone can buy a link on the homepage. This is definitely going to get you a bulk of traffic given that you have the cash available to buy one (that will be $20 a day for a 10% slot out of the 24 hours). Sounds quite a deal given that the 10% would bring in quite some traffic through the link.

Reddit has initiated its very own job board; Reddit Jobs. This sounded a bit funny at first, given that I have found Reddit to be more of a fun place (thanks to witty/funny comments) but this current venture sounds like that its young community is planning to make some intelligent moves. The job board will help job hunter find the right job to suit their careers. It works quite simply, lets job seekers look for a job or employers can post jobs for a payment of $300. You can also vote a high or a low for the jobs posted at Reddit, of course this couldn’t have been left out. Earlier Reddit has also enabled users to create their very own news sites.
