PartyGaming acquired World Poker Tour including all its assets for $12.3 Million. This would include all related properties which includes its TV show. There had been talks about WPT selling itself to a buyer and Gamynia had offered them a healthy $9 million but I guess this deal is going to prove better since WPT can also focus on the online gaming. Lets see how exactly it goes on for WPT with its acquisition and how beneficial the two prove for each other.
