Ooyala, the video technology company that provides solutions for distributing, monetizing and managing online video has got itself a new CEO. The site announced hiring Jay Fulcher as its new CEO, who had earlier held the same position at Agile Software. Its existing CEO will continue to be a part of the board as President of Product Strategy. For Ooyala it’s definitely a big boost and will put Jay’s abilities as a leader to test, which I bet won’t be a big problem for a man with his experience and especially where a company has every opportunity and room to grow.
