Web based instant messaging company, Meebo appears to be extending the services it offers and integrating email to its desktop notifier. The notifier has got a new mail tab in its preferences. If users check the option they will be notified about new emails for the various IM accounts they have signed in at Meebo. While email notifications don’t really mean much save for adding another useful feature to the service, but reports state that Meebo is planning something even bigger, apparently the company has changed its employees email address from employee@meebo.com to employee@meebo-inc.com. Is Meebo brewing something bigger in its pot, perhaps its very own Webmail product?
