Riddled by the recent happenings of Microsoft firing ferociously at it, Google for some odd reason appears to be on wobbly grounds. The entire issue from this to the Google Plus saga paints quite a different picture that we usually see about Google. Not that controversies and a few hiccups here and there are new to Google, but the search giant has never really been on the defensive. Not until now.

Say hello to Google and its upcoming Nexus Phone that is set to make an entry into the mobile market in October. Wait! Isn’t that the same time when Apple plans to launch the next generation of the iPhone; iPhone 5? Not surprising, given that there is a war to dominate the smartphone market and with Apple believed to be setting industry standards day and day out, Google would definitely try to squeeze some air out with its own Nexus Phone.

Collaborating with team members and colleagues would have been an absolute nightmare for me, had it not been for Google Docs. There might be additional collaborating tools available but the simplicity of Doc is better than any I can find. Though it does give you that ancient look and feel, but hey, what else are you looking forward to when it comes to sharing word files, excel sheets and presentations? Google however keeps the user needs in mind and keeps its services updated.

The latest in the T-Mobile HTC 4G Android Phone lineup, the Sensation, is already being considered one of the best smartphones either company has ever been involved with. It’s 4.3 touch screen display and overall length of nearly 5 inches with a width of 0.44 inches gives it a lanky look. When compared to the iPhone, however, this quickly becomes the phone’s definitive style. Simply put, the HTC Sensation as a model overrides the cool factor of the iPhone, which is honestly an incredibly difficult thing for a mobile phone to achieve these days.
The battery life is almost too good to be true, and if I didn’t see it for myself I wouldn’t believe it. Two hours of music, an accumulative hour texting, count one more for talking, then another hour for browsing and four more for goofing off and gaming, and I still had plenty of power left. With the phone I have now that would’ve needed a charge before I had time to finish my second-to-last dungeon for the day.

I find it pretty annoying to carry my wallet everywhere, even the credit cards available in abundance. Sounds and looks so old school but Google is coming to resolve that. Google Wallet was recently announced and comes with a promise to rid you of your traditional wallet. I mean why carry one when you can have everything on your mobile?

In what I consider to be the ugliest of maneuvers in social media, Facebook seems to have gone beyond all my imaginations. It will be an understatement to say it exceeds expectations of anyone online or offline. Its very political, very dirty and utterly lame to get your PR firm gaming in on the propagation of anti Google sentiments.

Google in a bid to make computers better will be rolling out Chromebooks in collaboration with Samsung and Acer and news puts it that they will be super affordable with businesses getting them for $28 a month and Chromebooks for Education at $20 a month.
