Bing has grown ever since its launch thanks to all the marketing it has to help it with publicity. Google still stands as the supreme leader but reports showed a drop in its market share, not to Microsoft’s Bing, but Yahoo. Google’s search share dropped from 66.1% in June to 64.8% in July while that of Yahoo rose from 16.2% in June to 17.1% in July. I had begun counting out Yahoo Search and yes it was very pessimistic of me to think so. Is it the redesigned homepage of Yahoo that has brought about the rise or Yahoo’s search deal with Microsoft? I am not sure about that but it really looks encouraging for Yahoo. Lets hope things get even better for Yahoo, perhaps it was way too excited about this improvement that it released Know Your Mojo, a very odd service from Yahoo.
