Saad Ali Abbasi

g1_logoDue to the immense popularity gained by Google’s Android phone, its service provider, T-Mobile has had to stop upgrades temporarily. The G1 phone by HTC, is priced at $179.99, for those wishing to sign-up with T-Mobile for a 2-year contract.

The pre-order page on T-Mobile’s site displayed the following message:

“Sorry! Due to the overwhelming popularity of the new T-Mobile G1, upgrades are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.”
