Syncplicity, a startup that synchronizes the files through out multiple devices, has raised an amount of $2.35 million in the Series A. The amount was raised from True Ventures along with other unknown private investors. Since the launch of the startup, a number of devices and services support has been added which includes an iPhone application and incorporation with online office software from Zoho.
