Sun Microsystems has announced that the company has acquired the cloud computing specialist company Q-Layer. The later is a Belgium based company which contains a technology that adds automation to the private and public clouds. According to Sun the software of the company will provide customers greater flexibility in servers, storage and bandwidth areas. The exact amount of the deal was no disclosed.
