Ever wanted to make your own websites, but always changed your mind due to the coding involved?? If you wanted to do it with out any single line of code and also without any complex fancy editors that only confuse you, then Roxer is for you! And to prove it we’ll go on to say, it’s better then Google Pages!
The best thing about Roxer is it’s simple UI. Just try clicking on the paddle lock on the bottom of the main page and you’ll be straight in the live editing mode. Here you can manage, move and edit ‘Boxes’, which can contain text, images and what not. All through simple clicks. You can add videos from Youtube and music as well. And the changes are on the fly. No waiting involved. So, as soon as you’re done, lock the page again, and that’s it. Could it get any easier then this?
The webpages you create can be as simple or as complex you want. It is incredibly easy to customize. And as said on Killer Startups, it’s too easy.
There’s no catch involved with Roxer although there’s a free mode and a Power user mode. The former is free, as the name says, while the latter is paid.
We’re not really happy with the severe limitations on the free version, which could keep away many potential users. As the service is relatively new, we expect the free version to become better and attractive and the Power User version to improve even more.
To conclude, we give Roxer thumbs up for their simple, but extremely powerful UI.
