This should have many people, especially in the online arena heave a sigh of relief. Reports are coming in to sooth us all as online advertising is getting closer to stability. The analysis released state that in the US, online ads went a bit higher, climbing by a touch over 1.7% to $5.5 Billion (for second quarter). While that is a good sign, it is still well under 6% as compared to the same quarter last year. There is already a sign as web ad companies that also happen to lead the search market have seen an impressive growth by 1.2% in quarter four and to state the obvious, Google took the lion’s share.
Google taking the lead here isn’t surprising as it is bound to go even further. Why? Well the search giant is making fast climbs as it moves over to the more visual format of advertising.
