Sun Microsystems is adding native MAC support to it’s StarOffice product Line.

The best part now is that, the Office will have added support for Open XML file formats of Microsoft Office, hence helping to read files easily. Rival to Microsoft office, the product sells at $35 to individuals and $25 for each user inside a business.

But do you think adding MAC support will enable Sun to compete with Microsoft’s MAC version of Office?
