SoundCloud, a tool for artists, musicians and lovers of the tunes in general that allows users to easily send music. It makes its way keeping in mind how painful the idea of uploading a track is and what nightmare uploading an album turn out to be.
SoundCloud allows you to create an account, upload your piece of music, without any restriction on size or the amount you upload. This might not sound appealing to us who are often indulged in doing that, but for musicians whose sole job after completing a piece is to forward it to fans and friends near and far; all that with a simple browse and click upload process.
The music that is sent can either be made available for download or allowed to be streamed, apart from that the user has full authority to decide whether the work is made public or private. It even gives mobility on how you manage accessibility to your music by adding contacts and managing them.
That’s all I could grasp after the sites review, as the current registration is ‘invitation’ based. I would wait to review every factor of the site before giving up my personal opinion (which means waiting for the invite).
