With the ground work already laid in the last one year primarily there are more than just concrete reasons why companies should actually devise such methodologies to have a reputation online too. More importantly one that is very actively maintained. While this may mean a lot to companies as whole, it will definitely help the self proclaimed Social Media Specialists.
