Skype has (finally) rolled out version 4.0 (available here) that includes a lot of new features; full screen video and the IM system that appears much better to name a few. However the most important update is better call quality, something that was much wanted, since the quality had seen a plunge over time. It had been busy putting out the service to the iPhone.
